What to Include in Your Submission
Please email creative@wedlii.com.au with the following:
- Names of the couple and location (include this in the subject line). (eg: Emma and Jack, Sydney, NSW)
- Venue name, Location and date of the wedding/shoot
- A short story or concept description (1-2 paragraphs is perfect)
- A full vendor list (ideally 6-12 vendors)
- Gallery details: A direct download link from your photographer (Pixieset, Pic-Time, Dropbox or Google Drive) → Include password + download pin if needed
- Images must be minimum 2000px wide (including verticals)
Image Requirements
Send us no more than 400 high-quality photos that tell the full story of the day or shoot.
- Getting ready
- Ceremony
- Reception décor
- Portraits of the couple
- Close-up details (florals, signage, tables, rings, fashion, styling elements)
Bonus points if the gallery is organised into sections (e.g. ceremony, reception, details).
What We Look For
- Real, emotional moments
- Stylish, interesting details
- Unique venues or locations
- Clear photography (no heavy filters or watermarks)
- A story or concept with character
- The wow factor
We welcome all wedding styles, budgets, cultures, and identities.
What Not To Do
- Don't send galleries with fewer than 2000px images
- Don't submit unless you are the photographer or have their permission
Styled Shoots
We love editorial submissions too! Please make sure to include:
- A short summary of the inspiration
- Full vendor credits with website links
- A gallery showing the full shoot (minimum 30 images)
- Minimum image size of 2000px (no cropped verticals)
Final Notes
- We can't accept every submission — but if it feels aligned with our aesthetic, we'll be in touch
- We typically decide within 2-3 weeks, but feel free to follow up
- Submissions may appear on our blog, Instagram, Pinterest, or other platforms
